There is a wide range of media these days, it’s all around us. Here is my 5x5 of my favourite 5 aspects of the media that’s around us:

Five favourite: films

·         Avengers assemble

·         Shaw shank redemption

·         Marley and me

·         Captain America: winter soldier

·         American pie

I like these aspects of media because they provide many different types of genres which are there to interest us and are made for our enjoyment, the way the action films are done with all  the sound effects and all the camera angles and different types of shot to make that part of global media different And interesting when compared to other areas as there is more put into one production rather than split between 12 or so episodes in a TV series such as bad education, the inbetweeners etc.  

Five favourite: songs

·         Bruno mars, lazy song

·         Imagine dragons, demon

·         Artic monkeys, fluorescent adolescence

·         The killers, mr.brightside

·         Kasabian, eez-eh

I like this aspect because it’s a massive industry and it differentiates for the different types of people with the types of music e.g. pop, rock. Indy etc. this is on a global scale and is in cultures and even part of religion, I like these songs because they are interesting and catchy and there memorable furthermore this industry caters for a lot of people and makes a lot of money and makes up most of our industry alongside, TV and movies.

·         The inbetweeners

·         Most haunted

·         Rugby games

I like TV shows because they are all over the TV and in most countries and again they cater for millions of people and somehow still interest and have new innovative ideas that still shock us to this day, it dominates the world as in the uk most people have TVs furthermore TV has 1000’s of TV shows to choose from the global TV industry even just in the uk makes millions per year.

• Richard Branson
• Mo Farah
• jess Ennis
• Johnny Depp

I like this aspect of the media as the famous I have highlighted and many others are so influential to average peoples life's, people like Mo Farah, jess Ennis and Manu Tuilagi are so influential and inspirational to people that they want to be them when they grow up. famous people like Richard Branson are popular and inspirational as he is arguably one of the most successful self-made billionaires. Johnny Depp is a very influential person as he is one of the most famous actors in the world and his ability to take on different roles and jobs is inspirational.

• peter Kay
• billy Connolly
• john Richardson
• jo brand

I like this aspect of media the most as the people are good at talking to large crowds with confidence and they have the ability to talk of long periods of time with no script, furthermore everybody has there favourite comedian. this shows me that again there are many types of TV media out there and comedy is just one of many which makes a small % of the global industry.
